AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
“Shuttle bus Transfers” we may contact you the day prior to your transfer and alter the pick-up time slightly. We may also do another pick-up along the way. Please be assured that we will not go off the beaten track, if we do anther pick-up it will be in a direct line to the airport.

It is your responsibility to contact us if your flight arrival time has changed. This is important to remember as the bus you were booked on may have to leave the airport and you may have to wait a short period of time for the next bus to arrive. If we are informed we can usually have another bus waiting for you. We do monitor the flight arrival times, but the airlines sometimes do not update the website. We would hate to have passengers waiting due to airline error. If you have booked a “Shuttle bus” pick-up you may sometimes have to wait 20-30mins for another flight to arrive before leaving the airport. Please be assured that there are never any excessive waits. We want to get you home as soon as possible.

“Exclusive Transfers” you can pay a small surcharge on top of the standard “shuttle bus” price and have the vehicle all to yourself, no sharing and no waiting, Toll roads included.

M7: If you wish to use the M7 motor way, please let us know at the time of booking as there is a additional $8.00 each way added to your price. Depending on your pick-up suburb, some parts of the M7 will be used but not in it’s entirety. You may want to pay the few dollars extra and use the entire freeway.

PICK-UP POINTS: a driver will be holding a sign with your name and flight number on it when waiting for you. Please turn on the phone that you will be traveling with, so the driver can make contact with you. The driver will usually make contact with you first, so make sure you have your baggage etc before coming to the meeting point.

DOMESTIC PICK-UPS: Your driver will meet you at the baggage carousel for your flight 20-30mins after your flight has landed, to allow your luggage to come through. For express pick ups once you have collected your luggage proceed to the express pick up point outside, shown on the map supplied.

INTERNATIONAL PICK-UPS: Your driver will meet you at the “Shuttle bus” Meeting point located next to McDonalds. After you exit your arrival gate please go to your right and at the other end of the terminal (inside) you will find the meeting point next to McDonalds and your driver waiting. Your driver will be waiting there 60 mins after your flight has landed to allow you time to come through customs. Please do not delay (Eg: stop and buy duty free, unless previously arranged) when coming through the customs area as airlines will not give us information as to weather you are on the flight. After your flight has been landed for 1 ½ hrs we will assume you are not on the flight and have to leave the terminal. Please contact us if you can. These times are not determined by us. Due to increased security at the airport we are only allowed a short period of time to leave the vehicle/s unattended before they are towed away. This is for everyone’s security. If you have been delayed please try and contact us and we will see if we can be cleared to stay for longer. We would never leave someone at the airport, but if this happens you may have to wait for the next bus to arrive before you can leave.

CRUISE TRANSFERS: Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it and will be waiting inside the arrivals hall. If you get of the ship before your scheduled pick-up time, have a look in the car park as you may see the bus and be able to leave straight away.

CHARTERS: we require a valid credit card number. This is held to be used as the bond if required. There is a declaration you need to sign for this via email. $200 to $400 bond (depending on type of vehicle) however we put a credit card authorization through and hold the credit until the bus has been inspected the following day. This saves the drivers carrying cash and passengers carrying large amounts of cash after the bus has dropped off. Your security is our main priority.

FEES: We have a cleaning and deodorising fee of $250.00 for all liquid (alcohol and vomit) for food spilt in the vehicles. As our main goal is that the buses are kept up to the highest standards, whist allowing you to enjoy your event. We understand people may feel sick after drinking heavily, please ask the driver for a sick bag or to pull over. The driver will be more than happy to do this. We would hate to have to debit from a bond.

EXTRA PICK-UPS: If you require extra pick-ups or drop-offs please ask when booking your event. There is a small additional fee to do this, but we prefer everyone to arrive home safely. Your safety is our priority.

WAITING TIME: Is charged for all transfers that run over time or have the bus/coach waiting for more than 30 mins outside the booked times. This is payable on the day in cash or the credit card supplied can be debited.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES:We accept Mastercard and Visa. There is an Admin fee of 3% charged to all credit card transactions. Cabcharge is only accepted on pre-aproval with the office and is charged at 11%. Please note: our vehicles DO NOT have terminals in them, all payments to the drivers must be paid in cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you do not cancel your booking with us (or we arrive to collect you and you are not there) in writing via email or text, giving at least 48hours notice from the pick time mentioned above, the full fare will be charged from the credit card you supplied to us to make this booking. Cancellations MUST be done in writing, via email or text message during our office hours 9.00am-6pm Mon-Fri & 10am till 2pm Sat - Closed Sundays & Public Holidays. YOU MUST include booking name, address & flight numbers.
